Refund policy
Returns:
At Permanent Jewelry Center, we value customer satisfaction and offer a return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Precious metals (gold, silver, rhodium, platinum, solders, etc)
- Argon tanks
- Sale items
- Partial returns
- Used or broken items
- Services rendered such as shipping or training
Conditions and process:
- Products must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Upon arrival, we will inspect the products for quality and notify you of whether the return is accepted or rejected.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Buyer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
- Products must be tracked and insured at the buyer's expense during return shipping.
- For approved returns, refunds will be issued within 10 business days via check or the original payment method.
- Improper use or insufficient shipping precautions may result in additional fees for damaged equipment
Sunstone Product Repairs:
Sunstone Products come with a 1-year repair warranty.* Sunstone will repair all defects in craftsmanship without charge during this time period (except the shipment of the product to and from the manufactures company or the shipment of the replaced parts to and from the customer’s premises for at home or business customer repairs). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of Sunstone products. This warranty does not include consumable items, such as welding electrodes. Any repairs needed after the warranty period are performed at cost.
