Shipping policy
Unless otherwise specified, the goods will be delivered under the "Ex Works" condition (Incoterms 2010). This means that once the seller ships the goods, the buyer is responsible for the freight, insurance, and other related costs. If delivery terms are not stated in the Acknowledgment, the seller will decide on the shipping method. If not specified otherwise in writing by the buyer, the invoice will include the full value for all shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking information and a link to easily track your package online.
